By using this website you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as outlined below as they apply to you. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then please do not proceed to use this website. In continuing to use this website please ensure that the personal information you provide is accurate and complete. Please be advised that all information provided to us via this website is protected by our privacy policy.

We endeavour to provide, but do not guarantee, accuracy & completeness of material found on this website for any particular purpose. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that any information on products & services available on this website are suitable for individual needs and we take no liability for misuse or misinterpretation of the materials. MySkin Clinics reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.

PRICING & TREATMENT PROGRAM POLICY

Pricing of products and services are subject to change at any time without any prior warning or notices.
Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on individual programs and recommendations of product or service tailored for specific needs.
Our laser hair removal pricing is based on the anatomical area being treated, regardless of gender identity.
Male full body laser hair removal excludes the treatment of the genitalia area.
Male brazilian laser hair removal excludes the treatment of the genitalia and perianal areas. It is inclusive of the bikini line and pubic bone only.
Treatments that have a duration of 1 hour or more, will require full payment prior to attending appointment.
When purchasing a pre-paid treatment program, clients may receive further discount/savings, as such the payment for the program must be made in full prior to first treatment. The client hereby acknowledges that the fee for pre-paid packages is non-refundable in part or whole, including in the event that a client circumstances change, the client is unable to attend or opts to discontinue the treatment.
Treatment programs are non transferable in part or whole to any other treatment or individuals.
Treatment programs when purchased as combined/bundled areas must be redeemed together on the same day (i.e. the areas purchased in this package cannot be redeemed over separate appointments). In the circumstances that the client is unable to treat multiple / specific area/s on the day they will forfeit that session.
We require at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation. Failure to attend an appointment or notify the clinic of cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeit of the prepaid package fee of that particular appointment or 25% of the full-price of the session. Please see our cancellation & refund policy for further information.
All pre-paid treatments have an expiry, which is not extendable and commences from date of purchase. Laser Hair Removal pre-pay of six treatments have an 12-month expiry. Laser hair removal pre-pay of 10 treatments have a 12-month expiry. Laser hair removal pre-pays of less than six treatments have a 12-month expiry.
All single and packages for Skin treatments have a 12-month expiry.
A treatment consultation is required before the first session. If a treatment purchase is made prior to having a consultation, we may agree to transfer to another alternate treatment of equal value to what has been purchased, if at consultation it is determined that another treatment is more suitable. No refunds will be issued, only a transfer to a more appropriate treatment.
Treatments may require purchasing of additional products and/or treatments to support the skin during treatment and obtain optimum results, advice will be provided at consultation.

MYSKIN CLINICS PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE POLICY

MySkin Clinics will match a competitor’s current advertised price for the same treatment within our menu. Price Match applies to laser hair removal treatments only.
To honour the price match guarantee, the competitor must be within the same centre or strip as the clinic the client wishes to redeem this price.
Price match will only be granted when requested prior to the time of booking or payment not thereafter.
The competitor has to use the same laser hair removal technology (Candela) and cover the same areas for the treatment.
All price matching requires physical proof given by the client that clearly indicates the price of the treatment. Please note that this policy is a price match, not a price beat.
Website printouts are not acceptable as proof, nor is it the therapist or manager’s responsibility to check websites for price matching options.
The Price Match Guarantee applies to packages or services consisting of a minimum of three treatments, not a single treatment.
Price matching is available in-clinic only.
Price match does not apply to group buying deals/websites.
Where price match is honoured our T&Cs will be applicable NOT the competitors regarding the sale. This includes but is not limited to time provided for the treatment, expiry and all minimum/maximum purchases allowed.
MySkin Clinics reserves the right to refuse the Price Match Guarantee if it believes that the competitor’s offer does not meet the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

At our discretion, promotional prices will be offered on selected treatments. The following terms and conditions apply to promotional purchases:
Promotions are valid for a limited time only and can only be purchased during this time period and no extensions will be granted;
If you have been quoted a price during a promotional period and choose not to accept, we reserve the right not to honour that quote once it has expired;
Promotional items adhere to our cancellation & refund policy along with expiry & treatment program terms and conditions;
Promotions which include multiple treatment/s or area/s must be redeemed together and cannot be split up;
Please choose carefully as we do not refund or transfer/exchange services or products purchased at promotional or full rates as per our cancelation and refund policy.
Any specific additional Terms and Conditions will be uploaded to our website for the duration of a promotion if our standard terms & conditions do not cover the promotional offer.

ONLINE STORE PURCHASING POLICY

The products purchased through the MySkin Clinics online store will be collected from the selected clinic determined at the time of purchase.
The products and services purchased online may be subject to a consultation to ensure the product and/or service purchase is suitable for the client.
When purchasing online, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation and Refunds Policy.
You understand and accept that MySkin Clinics do not offer a refund for change of mind.
A treatment consultation is required before the first session. If a treatment purchase is made prior to having a consultation, we may agree to transfer to another alternate treatment of equal value to what has been purchased, if at consultation it is determined that another treatment is more suitable. No refunds will be issued, only a transfer to a more appropriate treatment.
Where a product is not available, and a back-order is required, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you.
A 1.2% transaction fee is applied to all card payments made on the website.
As with all purchases with MySkin Clinics, a strict no refund policy applies. Please refer to our cancellation & refund policy for more information.

MYSKIN CLINICS ONLINE CUSTOMER PORTAL

The MySkin Clinics customer portal allows customers to purchase and keep track of purchases made.
To use the MySkin Clinics customer portal, the user must create an individual account. When setting up an account, all required fields must be completed in order to access and use the customer portal. If a user does not agree with the information that is requested, they should not use the customer portal. If all required information is not provided during the account set up stage this may disable their access or use of the customer portal.
MySkin Clinics may update the access and use of the customer portal providing an opt in or opt out option for clients to receive marketing material. You agree and acknowledge that the use of, functionality of, and any promotions offered by us through the customer portal may be modified in our discretion.
An account may be revoked, in our discretion, and cannot be leased, transferred, sub licensed or sublet by the user to anyone else, and the user agrees to be held responsible for their account, including but not limited to their access to the account, the maintenance of it and the information that they have provided.
The user agrees not to infringe any third-party intellectual property rights through the information provided on their account in the customer portal. The user agrees not to provide false, deceptive or misleading information. The user agrees to indemnify MySkin Clinics against any claims made against us as a result of your non-compliance with these terms.
Once an account is activated, the user can use and access their account by following the “sign in” prompts on the MySkin Clinics website.
The user agrees and acknowledges that the MySkin Clinics standard terms for purchasing online, along with the Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refunds policy apply to, and govern your use of their account and the customer portal.
The user acknowledges and agrees that MySkin Clinics may access their account, and the details they provided through their account on the customer portal, at MySkin Clinics’ discretion, and that the user may store their payment details through their account. The MySkin Clinics Privacy Policy terms will still apply.
The user agrees that once their account is set up, MySkin Clinics may send them communication, whether electronic or otherwise, to the details provided on their account.
Any failure by the user to comply with the terms of use of the website and/or the customer portal permits MySkin Clinics to, in our discretion, cancel their account.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. Please ensure you read & understand our cancellation policy.
All new clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time in order to complete consultation paperwork.
Treatment appointments are subject to availability. We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, failure to provide 48 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment reserves us the right to forfeit a pre-paid treatment, or the value which must be paid before any further service or product is provided.
MySkin Clinics does not provide a refund on services or products for change of mind.

Cosmetic injectables appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure a booking with our cosmetic nurse, redeemable on the day of treatment.
All services have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase.
Pre-paid treatment programs will expire automatically in line with our treatment program policy and extensions will not be granted.
Under Australian consumer laws, refunds or exchanges may be granted where there is major fault/problem.
Any refunds granted will be the full value of the transaction minus any value redeemed through our Glow Getter Rewards Program.

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCE & TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY

On rare occasion maintenance or technical fault, through no fault of our own may be required. In the event of such unforeseen circumstances, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled without prior notice. We address such circumstances as quickly as possible and ensure optimal safety and efficacy of equipment before resuming normal operations. We endeavour to provide services as planned and execute a number of alternate options before resorting to changing your appointments. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

GIFT CARDS

When purchasing a gift card with MySkin Clinics the following terms & conditions will apply;

Gift Cards purchased at full price have a 3 year expiry from the date of purchase.
Discounted Gift Cards have a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid – all transactions will be declined. Expired gift cards will not be accepted.
All Gift Card Vouchers must have a serial number/barcode on the voucher to be valid, and the voucher may be redeemed without original card if client can supply the serial number.
Discounted gift cards cannot be redeemed towards Cosmetic Aesthetic treatments, Exomide Treatments, DMK treatments or retail products or any other discounted retail products and services.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for refund or transferred to another gift card.
Lost, stolen or damaged cards are unable to be replaced.

GLOW GETTER REWARDS PROGRAM

Earning Points:

Points are earned for every eligible purchase made at MySkin Clinics.
1 point rewarded per $1 spent, unless stated otherwise.
200 points awarded to the referrer when referring a client and the referee new client has made a purchase.
Points will be earned on the price paid, not the RRP.
Points will be earned for online purchases.
Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number.
To earn points, clients must provide their details (name, phone number, email) at the time of purchase.
Points cannot be earned retrospectively for past purchases.
Points accrued cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another client account.
Gift Cards: Points will be earned when purchasing a Gift Card to the amount paid, not to the value.

Redeeming Points:

Can only be redeemed if there is a minimum of 500 points/$25 credit.
Can only be redeemed in 500 point blocks. Points exceeding this amount will not be allowed to be redeemed until the next tier (1,000, 1,500, 2,000) is reached.
Points take 24 hours to activate to be redeemed.
Points can be redeemed at any MySkin Clinics location.
Gift Cards: Points will not be earned for the amount of the Gift Card when using the Gift Card for a transaction.
Points can only be redeemed in clinic and cannot be redeemed during online purchases.
Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged or combined with another clients’ points.
Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient points are available in the account to redeem. Your MySkin Clinic can advise you of your points balance.

Expiration, Refunds & Forfeiture Of Points:

Points have a 12 month expiry from date of transaction.
If a client account remains inactive (no purchases or redemptions) for 12 consecutive months, all accrued points will be forfeited.
Where a treatment, service or credit is transferred to another client, points already earned will be forfeited.
MySkin Clinics reserves the right to suspend or terminate points earned if we believe a client has violated these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
If a transaction generating rewards points is refunded, the points earned will be forfeited.
Any refunds granted will be the full value of the transaction minus any value redeemed through our Glow Getter Rewards Program.

REFER A FRIEND CREDIT

Clients are eligible to receive 200 points for each family or friend that they refer to us.
To receive your referral points, the person must provide your full name at their initial consultation by writing it down on our consent forms. If not mentioned at their first visit you are ineligible for the referral credit.
Referral points may be used in line with our Glow Getter Rewards terms and conditions.
Referral Credit expires 12 months from application to account.

COMPETITIONS

These terms and conditional along with any specific rules set out in competition notices apply to any/all competitions run through our website, social medias or in clinic. By entering a competition, entrants agree to be bound by the rules below;

MySkin Clinics reserve the right to cancel or amend competition rules without notice or anticipated breach of any law or regulation outside our reasonable controls. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions or the competition notice. In the event of a dispute regarding the rules or outcome of a competition, MySkin Clinics will determine the final outcome.

Individual clinics may run their own competitions with their own separate terms & conditions.

Entrants

Competitions are not open to entrants outside of Victoria. To redeem prizes, entrants must have access to at least one of our locations. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants which may be in breach of any rules or regulations. Unless stated otherwise you may enter a competition as many times as you like. If your post/share entry is not visible to MySkin Clinics due to your Facebook account settings, MySkin Clinics cannot accept your share/post as an entry, MySkin Clinics holds no responsibility for your entries not being valid due to not being visible because of your Social Media Privacy Account Settings.

Prizes

Unless stated otherwise in the Competition Notice, prize winners will be chosen at random from all correct Entries or from all submitted entries within 28 days of the closing date specified in the Competition Notice. In all matters, the decision of MySkin Clinics shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified on the Competition Notice and may be contacted by MySkin Clinics. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Only one prize per entrant will be awarded. Competition winner(s)’ names may be published on the website/social medias. Prizes must be collected within 28 days of notifications at which point they will be forfeited.

Where prizes are not appropriate or applicable for younger applicants/those under 18 this will be specified in the competition notice.

The student discount is available to individuals who are currently enrolled in a recognised educational institution and can provide valid student identification or proof of enrollment.

Not applicable to retail products and cosmetic injectables.
The student discount is non-transferable.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon, or discount offer.

Eligible individuals must present valid student identification or proof of enrollment at the time of purchase to receive

The seniors discount can only be used by eligible individuals and is non-transferable.
